PCL has been presented a cheque for $4,500 from the sale of the Waterloo County Quilt Raffle tickets. Thank you to everyone who helped either by selling or buying tickets. The quilt draw took place on Sunday, September 29th and the winner of the quilt is Marg Cubulski.
